Minako, a psychiatrist, is plagued by nightmares. It's a horrific rape in the operating room. One day, she is called into the director's office and is introduced to the president of the hospital's sponsor... a man who is just like the man in her nightmares. The rape scene frequently flashes back to her along with her headaches, and the line between reality and reality becomes blurred. A video of her secretly thanking a patient for being kind to her is somehow leaked onto the internet... and the nightmare begins to spiral out of control into reality.
