The husband, Tomoyuki, his younger brother, Masayuki, and his wife, Yumi, who has been working in clinical practice, run a small hospital together. Masayuki is a nurse who is usually unreliable, and Yumi is a noble female doctor who supports the hospital. Their relationship begins to become distorted after an incident.
