Aya, who lost her husband in a car accident two years ago, regrets falling in love with her son (Katsuya) in front of her husband's portrait after the funeral, and vows never to repeat the same mistake. Aya asks her brother-in-law (Takao) for help for Katsuya's dream of becoming a doctor. Takao demands Aya's body in return for her help.
